Reservation Request

Book your ride.

Send your dates and details. Requests are reviewed by our team — submission does not guarantee availability.

What happens next

01 — We read your request and check the calendar for your dates.
02 — We follow up to confirm the vehicle, requirements and total.
03 — A reservation deposit may be required to secure an advance reservation. The amount, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking. Any reservation deposit paid is applied toward the total refundable security deposit, so only the remaining balance of the security deposit is due at pickup. Same-day rentals may not require a reservation deposit. Online payment is not connected yet, so nothing is charged on this site.
04 — You sign the rental agreement and we hand over the keys in Miami, Florida.

This is a reservation request. Submitting does not guarantee availability, hold your dates, or confirm a booking, and online payment is not active yet — no reservation deposit is charged here today. A team member will follow up to confirm.

Coming soon: live availability calendar, online payment, automated confirmation email, rental agreement & e-signature, id and license verification.

The rental agreement

Read the rental agreement, which contains the full rental rules — no smoking, the 100 mph limit, damages, and returning the car clean. You'll electronically sign it after we approve your dates, on your private reservation page.

Read agreement (PDF)

I have read and agree to the rental agreement , the rental rules and the Terms & Conditions — including no smoking, no driving 100 mph or over, that any damage to the vehicle may affect my returned security deposit or require additional payment, and that the car must be returned in the same condition it was given, with the Grails Exotics representative inspecting the vehicle at drop-off determining whether a detail is required and a fee of $100–$200 retained from my deposit — and I understand this is a reservation request that does not guarantee availability until confirmed.
