No. Submitting the booking form sends a reservation request and does not guarantee availability. Our team reviews each request and confirms the vehicle, dates, pricing, and requirements before your reservation is finalized.

A reservation deposit may be required to secure an advance reservation. The amount, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of booking. Any reservation deposit paid is applied toward the total refundable security deposit, so only the remaining balance of the security deposit is due at pickup. Same-day rentals may not require a reservation deposit.

Every currently available vehicle requires a $500 refundable security deposit. Any reservation deposit paid is applied toward that total, and only the remaining balance is due at pickup. The security deposit is returned after the vehicle has been inspected following the rental, subject to the terms of your signed rental agreement.

Yes. The security deposit is refundable after the vehicle is returned and inspected, provided there are no applicable deductions. Damage, excessive cleaning, tolls, tickets, or violations of the rental agreement may result in deductions from the amount returned.

Renters must be at least 21 years old, although certain vehicles may have higher minimum age requirements. A current, valid driver's license matching the renter's name on the reservation is required at pickup. Additional documentation or requirements may apply depending on the vehicle.

Grails Exotics reserves the right to approve exceptions to certain rental requirements, policies, fees, or restrictions on a case-by-case basis. Any exception must be approved by Grails Exotics before the rental and may be subject to additional requirements, fees, deposits, or terms. Requirements imposed by law, insurance providers, or other third parties cannot be waived by Grails Exotics.

Smoking is prohibited inside the vehicle. Any smoking inside the vehicle will result in a deduction from the security deposit for cleaning or related damages. Smoking is permitted only with prior written permission from Grails Exotics before the rental begins. Any ashes must be properly disposed of in an ashtray and may not be left in cupholders, door pockets, storage compartments, or any other area of the vehicle.

Driving at speeds of 100 mph or higher is prohibited. Violations are handled according to the signed rental agreement. A first violation may result in a formal warning, a second violation may result in the retention of 50% of the security deposit, and a third violation may result in the remaining security deposit being retained and the vehicle being recovered. All enforcement is subject to the rental agreement and applicable law.

The renter is responsible for damage that occurs during the rental period, including damage to the interior, upholstery, wheels, tires, paint, body, or other parts of the vehicle. Applicable damage costs may be deducted from the security deposit, and significant damage may result in additional charges beyond the deposit.

The vehicle should be returned in substantially the same condition in which it was provided. Normal use is expected, and small personal items left behind are not an issue. If the vehicle is returned excessively dirty and requires professional detailing beyond normal cleaning, approximately $100–$200 may be deducted from the security deposit depending on the condition.

Yes. The vehicle must be returned with the same amount of fuel it had when you picked it up. If it is returned with less fuel, the cost of refueling will be deducted from your security deposit.

Cancellation and date-change terms are determined by the rental agreement and confirmed when your reservation request is reviewed. Because policies may vary depending on the vehicle and booking, contact Grails Exotics before committing to your reservation so we can explain the terms that apply.

Alternative pickup or return locations may be available depending on the vehicle, date, and location. Delivery or one-way service may involve an additional fee. Mention your preferred location in your reservation request and our team will confirm availability and pricing.

Florida travel is permitted unless otherwise stated in your rental agreement. Travel outside of Florida requires prior approval from Grails Exotics and may be subject to additional terms or restrictions. Track use, racing, burnouts, reckless driving, and other prohibited activities are not permitted.

At pickup, our team will verify your required documentation, review the rental agreement and rules, and complete a detailed walkaround inspection of the vehicle. The vehicle's condition will be documented before the keys are handed over, and we'll make sure you're familiar with the vehicle before you leave.

If you experience a mechanical issue, warning light, accident, or other problem during your rental, contact Grails Exotics immediately. We will work with you to determine the appropriate next steps based on the situation and the terms of your rental agreement.

Yes. Every Grails Exotics rental must have applicable insurance coverage for the rental period. If you have qualifying personal automobile insurance that covers the rental vehicle and rental use, Grails Exotics may verify and use that coverage. If you do not have qualifying insurance coverage, or your coverage cannot be verified, Grails Exotics may arrange rental-period coverage when available and applicable. Any applicable insurance documentation will be provided to the renter before or at the time the vehicle is released. Coverage is subject to the applicable insurance policy, eligibility requirements, exclusions, conditions, and the Rental Agreement.

Chauffeur services may be available for select vehicles and occasions. Contact Grails Exotics for availability and pricing if you are interested in a chauffeur for an event, photoshoot, celebration, or other occasion.

Vehicles must be returned at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may result in additional charges depending on the length of the delay and the terms of your rental agreement. If you expect to be late, contact Grails Exotics as soon as possible.

We recommend submitting your reservation request at least 48–72 hours before your desired pickup date. Weekend, holiday, and high-demand dates can fill quickly, so earlier requests are recommended.
